**JOB TITLE: DATA ANALYST / NETWORK SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR**
- **This position requires you to**:_
- Provide Data Analytics and Reporting for various company departments using ERP/CRM/SQL databases
- Use data and quoting system to understand business patterns and trends
- Analyze internal and external data and quoting system through quantitative research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Create and troubleshoot the current quoting system
- Design worksheets using Excel
- Provide hands-on system administration support, system maintenance and operations support.
- Maintain and administer ERP and CRM systems
- Monitor system performance, implement software upgrades, and troubleshoot issues that arise.
- Maintain and administer VoIP phone system.
- Set up and basic troubleshooting of printers and other IT equipment for employees, new hire orientation and employee exits.
- Other related duties and projects as assigned.
- **You have the following experience**:_
- College diploma or University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience in business intelligence, analysis, or other related field
- 2-3 YRS of understanding of Databases, ERP & CRM Systems
- Experience with PIC Business Systems ERP software is preferred but not required
- Expert level experience with MS office suite (specifically Excel/Access, VBA)
- 3-4 YRS of experience with SQL databases, data reporting, and analytics
- 2-3 YRS experience managing ETL workflows using SQL and Python
- 2-3 YRS of Power BI experience for reporting and data visualization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills are a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
