**We are growing quickly, and are looking for a Full time Travel Consultant to join our Vancouver & Surrey team** Founded in 1951 we are one of the oldest oldest Travel Agencies in Canada, and have numerous offices in Ontario and British Columbia.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Travel industry and GDS experience preferred
- **Fluent in English + Hindi or Punjabi** and have good written and oral communication skills
- Strong sales skills, and the ability to provide high quality customer service
- Basic product & supplier knowledge of packages, cruises, tours, flights & hotels is preferred
- Must be open to feedback and work well in a new learning environment
- Be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative with a strong commitment to personal goals, objectives and work ethic
- Work well under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with clients is essential
**General job description**:
- Build rapport with clients, and determine the best option for their ideal vacation
- Research clients requests, and provide a quote in a timely and clear manner
- Arrange tours, packages, flights, hotels, cruises and/or car reservations with our suppliers
- Issue electronic tickets, invoices & itineraries
- Process ticket exchanges, service fees, and refunds as necessary
- Answer phone calls, and assist coworkers as required
