**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
- Operate CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to monitor activities within the facility.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, or unusual occurrences for further investigation.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for incident resolution or investigations.
- Enforce rules and regulations pertaining to facility access and conduct of individuals on the premises.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or suspicious behavior and reporting findings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Must be physically fit, capable of standing for extended periods, walking long distances, and responding quickly in emergencies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus.
