The clinic is looking for another clinic manager due to ongoing expansion.
As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a healthcare clinic. Your duties will include:

- Supervising clinic staff and ensuring they provide high-quality patient care
- Managing the clinic schedule and ensuring efficient patient flow
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize clinic operations
- Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulations
- Handling patient inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that arise
- Managing the clinic's budget and expenses
- Overseeing inventory management and ordering of medical supplies
- Ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance of electronic medical records (EMR)
- Collaborating with human resources to recruit, train, and evaluate clinic staff
- Ensuring that the clinic is profitable
- Experience in OHIP billing and filing this for the physician

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- At least 1 year experience as a clinic manager
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of acute care practices and procedures
- Familiarity with human resources management in a healthcare setting
- Experience working in a dental office or medical office environment
- Understanding of budgeting principles and financial management
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
