We are seeking skilled installers responsible for the onsite installation and repair of custom-made aluminum railings, aluminum and glass railings, and other architectural materials for mid to high-rise buildings throughout the GTA and the surrounding area within a 250km radius.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install metal and glass railings
- Reading and interpreting plans, instructions, blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to determine work activities.
- Measuring, marking, and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performed.
- Cleaning and preparing construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
- Loading, unloading, and identifying materials, machinery, and tools.
- Distributing materials and tools to appropriate locations according to project plans and specifications.
- Operating a variety of hand and power tools.
- Grinding, scraping, sanding, or polishing surfaces using abrasive tools or machines.
- Performing minor masonry and carpentry work.
- Ensuring an adequate supply of material is available for the preventative maintenance program.
- Keeping a daily log of tasks.
- Performing other duties as needed.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Ability to read building specifications, blueprints, and as-builds.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects, under adverse field conditions, at heights, and in all-weather conditions.
- Ability to work safely and practice safe lifting and handling procedures.
- Ability to operate required equipment, including hand and power tools, safely.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally, verbally and in writing, with team members and customers.
- Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts with team members and customers constructively.
- Ability to perform first aid and CPR preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.

**Experience**:

- Railing installation: 1 year (preferred)

**Other Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid G driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive anywhere in GTA and the surrounding area within a 250km radius.
- Own vehicle required.
- Ability to safely lift 60 lbs.
