**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in automotive repair or installation is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical manuals and diagrams.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for installations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Previous experience working in a dealership environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
