Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for an **Agribusiness Assistant **(ABA) within the Winnipeg Head Office. Richardson offers new and recent graduates a multi-dimensional, one-year development program with exposure to major areas within agribusiness:

- **Agronomy**
- **Agribusiness**
- **Sales and Marketing**
- **Crop Inputs**
- **Operations
**Responsibilities**:
The Agribusiness Assistant will work within the crop protection, seed, and micronutrients group while gaining experience in crop inputs, agronomy, customer service, sales, and operations management including exposure to budgeting, business planning and scheduling.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of an Agriculture or Business degree or diploma program
- Interest in a career in Agribusiness
- Strong sense of initiative
- Excellent customer service
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
