**Member Services & Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)**

Pumphouse Athletic Club is looking for a highly organized, outgoing, and professional Member Services & Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations and member experience. This is a daytime, part-time role (10 hours/week) and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and creating order behind the scenes. This is not a typical front desk position. This role requires confidence, professionalism, and the ability to make decisions independently during daytime shifts.

**Key Responsibilities - Front Desk & Member Services**
- Greet members and represent the gym professionally
- Sell memberships and explain training options confidently
- Assist members with account questions and updates

**Administrative & Operations Support**
- Enter and manage invoices in QuickBooks
- Monitor and organize payroll check-in sheets
- Assist with operational systems (cash handling, daily procedures, organization)
- Open, organize, and track incoming mail, invoices, and bills to ensure timely review and payment
- Ensure admin tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Respond professionally to member and vendor inquiries
- Maintain a high standard of written communication

**Owner Support (Light Personal Assistant Tasks)**
- Make calls, gather information, and book appointments when requested
- Assist with research, quotes, or scheduling as needed
- Collect, organize, and track sponsorship/donation requests or other business inquiries on behalf of the owner
- Run occasional local errands during shifts

**Who You Are**
- Naturally organized and detail-oriented
- Confident, outgoing, and professional
- Comfortable talking to people and selling services
- Able to take initiative and problem-solve independently
- Experienced with administrative tasks (QuickBooks experience is an asset)
- Enjoy creating order, systems, and structure
- Take pride in being the person who keeps things on track

**Position Details**

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 10am - 3pm

Hours: 10 hours/week

Pay: $22-$27/hour, depending on experience

Location: In-gym (Yorkton)
