**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the facility, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide information assisting customers with inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and clean premises to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with opening and closing of the heritage house/gallery and related duties.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially fluency in English.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to rearrange displays and to lift light items.
