**Job Description**:
**How You'll Make An Impact**:

- Manage the overall operation of the Food and Nutrition Department
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Manage staffing functions in a unionized environment
- Train and educate team
- Plan, manage and maintain all budgetary requirements
- Multisite operations and team collaboration
- Maintain an effective operation of the Centralized Diet Office
- Manage, implement, and maintain the Food Services Computer Systems
- Menu management
- Clinical Nutrition

**Qualifications**:
**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition or related field
- Successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program or a recognized equivalent
- Graduate of a Food and Nutrition Management program from a recognized college
- Member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management
- 3 y+ of Leadership experience, preferably in a Food and Nutrition Management, Acute Healthcare setting
- Proficiency in EPIC, CBORD, and Excel
- Ability to implement and execute project plans
- Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations, and the organizations’ health and safety plans, policies, and procedures.
- Commitment to patient safety responsibilities and corresponding hospital plans, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe environment and delivery of Food Services to patients.
