Infrastructure Ontario’s Strategy, Transformation and Reporting team is seeking a dynamic professional who has the ability to work cross-functionally, think critically, analytically and strategically, while leading a team.

This role will be responsible for leading, developing and overseeing key Corporate/Enterprise Reports and for management decision making used by the Board, the Executive Management Team and the Ministry of Infrastructure (MOI).

The role also manages the team, and builds and maintains relationships with Senior business and functional leaders.

You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders including the IO business units and external stakeholders like MOI.

You will also be responsible for designing applicable systems, processes and data governance to produce Corporate/Enterprise Reporting and Analysis accurately and timely.

**What You Will Do**:

- ** Lead the overall Strategic Reporting portfolio consisting of: the Balanced Scorecard, the CEO Memo, the Strategic Initiatives Framework, the Annual Report and the Business Plan**:

- Develop an annual strategy map to align all key performance indicators, performance metrics, corporate objectives and MOI priorities within the balance scorecard framework, the strategic initiatives framework, the Annual Report and Business Plan.
- Lead requirements sessions with senior executives to develop a comprehensive framework to coordinate content from all contributing divisions and business units to deliver a comprehensive and detailed Strategic Plan and ensure any impacts are integrated into the Annual Report and Business plan.
- Lead Annual Report and Business Plan development and submittal process to ensure compliance with Ontario Infrastructure and Land Corporation Act and the Memorandum of Understanding with MOI.
- Develop a strong understanding of IO service lines, products and services.

Working in partnership with the Strategy & Transformation team, support development and project management of the strategic framework as it relates to Performance Reporting**:

- Provide a systematic approach for identifying, managing and reporting program risks and critical issues.
- Develop strategies aligned with Infrastructure Ontario’s (IO) priorities and business goals that deliver value and mitigate organizational risk.
- **
Ad-hoc Projects & Reporting**:

- Lead and support ad-hoc projects as the expert from Corporate Reporting by participating in the project team and recommending approaches to integrate processes and achieve effective outcomes for example, but not limited, to supporting the implementation of a new centralized database system for Corporate Reporting, managing SharePoint site for Corporate Reporting, support on strategic initiatives.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Post Secondary Degree in Business, Finance and Data analysis, or a related field of study
- A minimum of 7 years of experience working in corporate reporting and/or strategy preferably with past supervisory experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to integrate program-wide issues and develop solutions.
- Strong data management skills are required, including Power BI and VBA
- Exceptional written and oral communication and the ability to create executive/board level reports and presentations
- CPA or MBA designation is considered an asset
