McDonald’s Canada is looking for a Corporate Support Consultant to play a critical role in helping bring the McDonald’s Technology vision to life in Canada.

***This position is a Flex Hybrid Model, requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.**

**Principal Accountabilities**:
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
**Systems Support & Administration**:

- Leads internal corporate support team - Systems Support & Administration: Leads internal corporate support team - ensuring that our corporate users are well supported, and systems run smoothly
- Resolve technical issues while providing excellent Customer Service by effectively communicating with users during the support process
- End user equipment (laptop, peripherals) ordering, imaging, configuration, delivery, relocation and repair
- Lead for Mobile vendor relationship
- Microsoft Teams, Webex and Office 365 coordination of support and upgrades
- File restoration, file and folder permission
- Corporate end user device asset tracking and disposal
- Coordinate with the technical teams to performs installations, trains, maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs of all corporate desktop hardware and software technologies.
- Coordinate the certification of new corporate laptop and peripherals. Document any special steps required by the end user to enable the device.
- Assists with setup, and operation of audio-visual hardware as required by end user.
- Point of escalates on incidents and questions to appropriate technical support groups.
- Supports events, such as infrastructure changes, software releases
- Provides timely updates to Management about service issues, when appropriate.
- Coordinate or part of a team to disconnects, moves and reconnects desktop technology hardware for single user, multi-user and office moves.
- Uses the corporate Incident Management System to record and track all support work.
- Supports teams' abilities and functions through positive customer relations.
- Contributes to, improvement/enhancement of processes and procedures.
- Gains additional knowledge and stays abreast of current technologies; through employee and company sponsored training, periodicals, and regular interaction with other team members.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years experience with system support and administration; support in an IT environment is an asset
- Ability to troubleshoot and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Mobile Device Management
- Strong communication skills required for face-to-face client interaction and intra-team collaboration
- Ability to communicate and function as a thought leader in the Technology Services team
- Collaborative and communication skills: Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with corporate staff and suppliers.
- Innovative problem-solving skills: Critical thinker and ability to escalate when assistance is needed in a timely manner.
