We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional to join our Indigo team as Information Booth Supervisor (Bilingual) at the Winnipeg Richardson International Airport. The main accountabilities for this position include supervising and co-ordinating onsite staff to ensure organizational goals, standards and procedures are adhered to. Providing and improving service quality as well as training and mentoring employees, employee recruitment, training and retention.

**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Point of contact for all customer inquiries and needs. Responsible to ensure that all inquiries/requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Responsible for inspecting the work facilities within the Winnipeg airport on a weekly basis to ensure it is clean, safe, efficient flow of traffic, and operating at or above company standards by way of the completion of weekly inspection reports
- Responsible for ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and/or initiate documented requests for maintenance to ensure facility safety and revenue control. All repair requests are to be documented and forwarded to the Manager as they occur with updates until completion. Equipment includes but is not limited to, info desk computer, phone, tablet, PIK (primary inspection kiosk) devices, etc.
- Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of staff based on regular manpower requirements and special event activity
- Responsible for assisting with recruitment, training, coaching, mentoring and retention of staff
- Ensure that staff maintain the best in customer service standards and, where required, monitor the resolution of customer issues/complaints up to and including escalating matters to senior management
- Special projects as requested by the Manager from time to time

- An airport environment is a 24/7/365 operation with constantly changing demands and challenges
- May be required to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
- Administrative and computer work required

**What Are We Looking For?**
- One - two years experience in a Supervisory/team lead capacity
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Competent and confident in conversational French
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook, and Internet Explorer or Chrome
- Competent with social media and a multi-line telephone
- Previous customer care, tourism, hospitality and/or food & beverage experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on compassion, articulate conversation, and sincerity
- Highly responsible & reliable, with a professional groomed appearance
- Ability to balance workload with busy and slow times
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and all airport screening processes
