The Customer Service role supports multiple roles and functions. We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual that can complete multiple tasks throughout the day while interacting with and servicing multiple internal and external stakeholders.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide support to management, service, and collections as required
- Problem solving and ability to help customers in need
- Ability to work on multiple computer systems to source information and provide detailed updates of events and instructions
- Complete a multitude of administrative tasks for multiple departments
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft and other products
- Perform filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as required
- Provide Reception back up as required. Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer and transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individuals/department in a courteous and professional manner and take detailed messages. Maintain a clean reception area when covering

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with French as an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Windows environment
- Excellent attention to detail & punctuality
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data entry/keyboarding skills, and efficiency with computers
- Familiar with routine office equipment i.e. telephone systems, photocopier, fax
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and resolve problems independently
