Position Responsibilities/Functions
- Supervise the loading of small parcels and packages onto the conveyor belt and into zones.
- Maintain a constant flow on the belt through volume control and repositioning team members
- Recommend improvements in quality processes and production procedures and equipment.
- Provide proper trainings to line staffs on their job duties.
- Ensure each staff meets the assigned production targets daily.
- Manage resource allocation including workstation assignments, employee breaks and shift rotations to achieve assigned objectives.
- Manage proper staffing level daily by checking sick leaves, forecasted employee vacations and unanticipated absences.
- Conduct shift meetings to ensure that staffs understand daily objectives and output requirements.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and Line Leads to address issues and safety concerns immediately.
- Build safe, clean and positive working atmosphere.

Position Knowledge
- Ability to multi-task & handle high volume workload while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 40LBs
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize while performing repetitive actions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Position Experience/Education
- College Education in Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 1-3 years, or ability to demonstrate knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams and capable of learning new functions easily.
