**Reports to**:Leasing Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Process insurance policy cancellation and lapse paperwork
- Establish and maintain tracking system for Pfaff customer insurance coverage.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with Pfaff customers and Insurance Agencies to address issues including but not limited to:

- Verifying current insurance coverage and educate on terms on contract related to coverage.
- Confirming insurance claim status and updating account status.
- Educating customers on total loss process and account responsibility until process complete.
- Verifying additional contracts and process cancellations as needed.
- Contacting insurance companies weekly to verify status of claim process and payment.
- Counselling customers on account terms & payment programs to resolve past due amounts
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments from contract cancellations and insurance companies.
- Utilize various skip tracing methods and processes to locate customers as needed
- Maintain and ensure accurate, up-to-date customer account information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Credit and Leasing Administration.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent communication
- PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
- Previous auto insurance experience preferred
- Previous collections experience preferred
