**Accounts Receivable Clerk**

**Surgenor Ottawa** is currently looking for a motivated, career-minded, Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our fast paced admin team.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparation & completion of Daily Deposits.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow-up on any outstanding invoices.
- Effectively work with customers and staff to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Related administration tasks that support the accounting department
- Handle receptionist duties during lunch and break coverage.
- Other duties as requested by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of College Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration
- 1-3 years of Accounting related experience
- Ability to easily adapt to various computer software programs
- Proven Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Most important of all, a great attitude and a willingness to continually learn
