We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can bring a data driven approach to the management of sales governance and processes for more than 800 sales professionals. You will play a crucial role in supporting that process.
About the role
As our Analyst, Sales Operations - Governance, you will:
- Support territory planning and optimization process across assigned channels in areas such as onboarding and attrition of sales professionals.
- Develop analysis and reports that drive insights across Territory Management & Planning
- Partner with Territory & District Sales Leaders to develop and build sales territories in line with our Segmentation Model
- Support the development of annual sales quota and territory design plan for the business
- Play a key role in month-end, quarter-end and year end Account and Territory management
- Support the Bid Response team in responding to Vendor Form Requests
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and attention to detail is critical
- 1-3 years of Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Territory Management experience in a B2B environment
- BA in Business or an analytical field (E.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with sound business judgement
- Advanced spreadsheet and database skills (specifically MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint) is preferred; PowerBI is a plus
- Strong communicator and influencer with ability to work with high degree of ambiguity and all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with multi-channel Sales teams is a plus
