As we continue to grow and expand our business, we are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Clean and enrich data to ensure accurate and complete information in HubSpot
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights and provide actionable recommendations to the sales team
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance and provide visibility to the sales team and management
- Train and support the team on the use of HubSpot and other sales tools
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify areas for process improvement and to develop and implement new processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that data is accurate and consistent across systems
- Create and manage sales campaigns and lead generation efforts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Experience working with HubSpot or a similar CRM system
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date data
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Experience in training and supporting users of sales tools and systems
