**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Supervise front desk activities, including greeting visitors and managing phone systems.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Train and mentor staff, promoting professional development within the team.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing supplies, and maintaining office equipment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and human resources practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience with team management and supervising staff members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $25.73-$27.36 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
