As the Administrative Services Coordinator, you will provide confidential administrative support to designated Vice Presidents and their teams and act as support and backup for the Administrative Services Hub. You will also be responsible for general office tasks supporting the Product and Technology teams with projects and research as needed in addition to aiding in the overall development and success of products and solutions offered by Moneris.

**Location**:You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to the Team Lead, Administrative Services & Executive Support.

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**
- Schedule, coordinate and maintain calendar and travel itineraries
- Make travel arrangements and reconcile expenses
- Help support the product and technology departments on an assignment basis
- Coordinate group functions, meetings, training sessions, town halls which include organization of all meeting logistics, catering, venue, etc.
- Plan and coordinate multiple presentations, agendas, disseminating information and organizing department wide events
- Prepare customer presentations, quarterly business reviews and business proposals
- Attend and capture action items and deliverables for key activities and initiatives being driven by VPs
- Support the teams for onboarding needs, asset assignment, introductory meetings etc.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information, preparing special reports, gathering, summarizing data
- Build strong relationships across the organization, includes partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee Product inventory and hardware audits

**Your Moneris Career - What you bring**
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent computer literacy and MS Office Suite experience, including advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Team player, being collaborative and communicative - taking on multiple roles to help the team succeed
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal)
- Attention to detail or required changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate at different levels across the organization, clients and partner organizations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and respond to changing needs
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills

Nice-to-have...
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
