_Quality Assurance _
**Job Duties**:

- Prioritize, plan and organize projects/assignments and maintains schedules for assigned product lines and projects
- Create and update SOP according to requirements of production process and quality control
- Approve and review production batch record
- Perform quality inspection and release for raw materials and finished products
- Establish and maintain positive working relationship groups, internally and externally, to ensure timely work delivery
- Prepare various quality documents, such as specification and CoA for finished products
- Review product labels at the stages of design, printing and receiving
- Perform and maintain various QA documents and records
- Handle customer complaint and issue investigation report
- Provide management with regular updates on compliance including risk assessments. Develop and maintain various regulatory databases.
- Other duties to be determined based on the business needs and individual performance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year industry QA experience in technical/quality position for NHP, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or Cosmetics products.
- Have QA certification
- Post-Secondary Education in Science, Biology, Nutrition or related field. Degree/diploma on quality assurance or regulatory affairs would be considered as an asset
- Understanding of Health Canada regulatory guidelines, especially as applied to natural health supplement manufacturing
- Strong team player, results-driven, multi-tasker who requires mínimal supervision and has the ability to work with multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Canadian Natural and Non-Prescription Product Regulations. And knowledge of regulations of other authorities would be considered as an asset
- Excellent listening/learning skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good at verbal and written skills in English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
