**Position Overview**
- Manage and Review Bugs and Tickets originating from Customer issues. Make plans to deliver fixes and report irregularities to Manger. Work to determine root cause, common issue, and appropriate flagging within user support tickets.
- Work as part of the QA team to monitor, test and provide feedback on all software releases to ensure an extremely stable dTIMS is provided to clients.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, QA processes and own tasks to test bug fixes, new features, and releases. Work as directed on projects that support company goals and brand pillars.
- Contribute to keeping test coverage matrices and end to end gold copy manual and automated tests for all products up to date.
- Deliver automated tests to an agreed annual plan, collating previous support issues and testing these for each release.
- Work as part of the global Client Experience team supporting colleagues and peaks in workload in other teams as required.
- Understand relevant SOPs and adhere to process. This includes Timesheets and all other corporate compliance actions.
- Maintain CX team environments and artifacts including lists, work items and documents. Keep QA, Training, and other systems up to date
- Collaborate with the CX Manager - QA and Director of CX on continuous improvement of Product Quality and Global Customer Service. Adopt this approach to yourself by pursuing continuous learning and improvements to department processes and customer interactions.

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience with software Quality Assurance in a Shift Left environment
- Selenium Test Automation with C#
- Microsoft Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Test Plans and Test Cases
- Advanced knowledge of quality assurance theory, systems and practices.
- Superior written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical data, and instruction manuals
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- SQL queries and Postman OData experience
- Experience in Performance and Load testing tools such as JMeter
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify software faults, analyze test data, and recommend the appropriate solution.
- Ability to provide quality and timely service to customers and colleagues, while proactively seeking ways to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ability to be conscientious, consistent, and thorough, and have a keen attention to detail.
- The position requires strong interpersonal skills and consistently interacts with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software is considered an asset.
