- Prepare and cook food according to recipes
- Prep, cook, and package
- Clean kitchen area, take out trash, mop floors and wipe down all areas when needed
- Good knife skills and knowledge of food preparation and safety

- Able to work all areas of the kitchen
- Stand in kitchen environment for long periods of time
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for guests with food allergies or intolerances
- Prepare and cook special meals for guests as instructed by or chef
