Spreetail is looking for a Content Operations Manager who will oversee the performance of the content operations team to achieve objectives. The Content Operations Manager is responsible for setting clear weekly expectations and performance goals, ensuring the team hits SLA and productivity KPIs, evaluating opportunities for improvement and collaborating with larger business to establish standards.

**How you will achieve success**:

- Oversee performance of the content operations team to achieve our objectives by setting clear weekly expectations and performance goals for content ops specialists.
- Ensure we hit SLA and productivity KPIs: 99% active listings, 8+ H10 and track and improve daily/weekly/monthly content performance metrics.
- Evaluate opportunities to streamline and optimize processes by updating and/or establishing SOPs for content processes, reviews, evaluations.
- Collaborate with the larger business to establish country specific standards and procedures regarding content and localization.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve any content related issues.

**What experiences that will help you in this role**:

- You have a strong understanding and passion for ecommerce.
- Ability to build and analyze reports/models using excel.
- Experience establishing and training on new processes.
- Experience in content management / performance management.
- Experience leading relevant teams.

Desktop/Laptop system requirements:

- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors

A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)

PC Headset

A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
