Spreetail is looking for a Catalog Specialist to partner with our Merchant and Channels teams on getting our listing up and keep them on our given marketplaces. We are looking for an individual who has a high attention of detail and can learn different processes.

**As a Catalog Specialist you will**:

- Make sure that attributes or contributions are well presented on the detail page to attract more customers
- Refine the images of the products to be uploaded
- Ensure that the products are properly categorized and classified on the detail page
- Create variations enabling customers to see all buying options for a single product
- Supervise listing creation and updating listings
- Fulfill all other upload requests
- Keep current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively helping team members meet and exceed team SLAs, quality standards, and goals

**Who you are**:

- Amazon Seller Support or Amazon Catalog work experience for at least one (1) year
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Google Applications (Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift (Operating Hours: 8:00 Am to 5:00 PM US Mountain Time)
- Ability to shift priorities quickly, show initiative and work autonomously
- Independent and able to navigate through internal processes with meticulous attention to deta
