**You will**
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting procedures, to facilitate effective self-help resources for end-users.
- Assist in managing software releases and deployments, coordinating with the team to ensure smooth transitions, mínimal downtime, and mínimal disruption to end-users.

**You have**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users effectively. Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with end-users to provide exceptional support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- A customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer support. Patience, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with end-users.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, handling multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
- Proficient in creating comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

Estimated annual salary range is $65,000 - $75,000, based on experience.
