We are currently hiring for a **SAP FICO Consultant** for our SAP consulting client.

**Role**: SAP FICO Consultant

**Location: Hybrid -**Mississauga, ON

**Rate**: $90-110/hr CAD C2C

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Duration**: 6 months + multiple long term extensions

**Language Requirements**:English

**Job description**:
Software International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our client's team on a contract basis in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. As a **SAP FICO Consultant** you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and diverse team of professionals, and contribute to the success of our clients by providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and maintenance of SAP FICO systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide recommendations for SAP FICO solutions
- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO modules according to client needs
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functioning and identify and resolve any issues
- Train end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and provide ongoing support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP FICO to continuously improve processes and systems
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Provide regular progress updates and communicate any potential risks or issues to project stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules and their integration with other SAP modules
- Experience with controlling areas
- Experience with Month-end Accounting
- Possesses good experience with Intercompany processes, reconciliation between AP/AR and Revenue Recognition
- Prior experience working with Treasury skills for banking
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and project assignments
