**Job Description**:
**SAP FICO S/4 - The client is looking for an S4 HANA conversion project.**

**Mississauga, ON (Onsite)**

**6+ Months**

Note: The consultant must have done 1 or 2 end to end lifecycle implementation project on S4/Hana.

**General**

Consultant critical success factors, across all modules, include the following:

- Extensive S/4 knowledge, experience, and capabilities - particularly in S4H Legacy Conversions (Brownfield)
- Demonstrated experience in the Professional Services Industry
- Ability to identify what Fiori Apps are applicable to Hatch, to deliver value to each respective area
- Review areas of change for applicability to Hatch, considering both deprecated and simplified functionality, as well as innovations that will deliver value
- Experience with leading Brownfield conversion and data migration activities for their respective area of focus
- Ability to define the to-be functionality required in S/4 for all Hatch business processes
- Ability to discuss and demonstrate lessons learned from previous S4H conversions
- Strong commitment to exceptional quality deliverables, execution, and accountability
- Ability to provide superior stakeholder engagement through a collaborative and agile approach

**SAP Finance**
- 12+ years of experience in FICO and integration with PS & SD
- Should have experience in S/4HANA Conversion and/or S/4HANA Implementation project
- Experience in writing Functional Specifications independently and should have worked on Custom Objects build from Scratch to Deployments
- Experience leading a Brownfield conversion and reviewing all Financial Data Migration related errors and data inconsistencies, to determine the appropriate course of action.
- Experience with SEM-BCS Consolidation, BW Reporting, and Group Reporting
- Experience with the conversion of Classic GL to New GL
- Experience with Localizations - e.g., Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru etc.
- Strong ability to understand the potential impact of FI-CO integrations (Concur, AssignmentPro, Readsoft - Kofax, Banking, Taxes, etc.), and future design for S4
- Demonstrated experience with Special Ledgers, and the use of parallel ledgers in S4H
- ICR - Intercompany processing and reporting

Ability to Identify key decision points (e.g., Design on New GL Ledgers, etc.) required to be made before S4H migration, and their impact for Hatch and future limitations
