**Job Title**

Customer Service Representative

**Reports To**

Customer Service Supervisor

**Summary**

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for the provision of professional, quality customer service to our customers. As a front-line representative the CSR will perform telephone reception, answer general questions and re-direct design and sales calls to the appropriate department. The CSR will also enter orders, process paperwork and process freight claims as required.

**Job Duties**
- Enter orders from showrooms and wholesale dealer network
- Reception coverage, handle phone enquiries from customers, and redirect as required
- Notify sales department of any potential issues with customers
- Recommend to dealer sales reps areas where training may be needed by dealers
- Sort, match and file paperwork routinely
- Follow-up on quotes
- Follow-up on customer issues and forward feedback to appropriate parties
- Ensure transactions are processed promptly and accurately
- Execute sales campaigns as directed
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding returns and warranty claims
- Maintain up to date product knowledge and awareness of current product lead times
- Process freight claims as required
- Assist as needed: handle problem/complaint calls, order staging, pick ticket printing, matching WOGS, printing backorders
- Any additional tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of direct work experience in customer service/order entry
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, including excellent active listening skills
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- High level of professionalism at all times
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and deal appropriately with stressful situations
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook, MS Dynamics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
