KTI Utility Services is excited to be launching a major project in the Lower Mainland, and we’re looking for motivated, dependable, and hands-on individuals to join our team as Field Service Representatives.

**What will your day look like as a Field Service Representative at KTI?**
- Install natural gas meters at residential properties with precision and care
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and regulatory compliance
- Conduct functional testing to verify proper meter performance
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure safe, efficient work on every site
- Accurately document completed work using a handheld device in real time
- Submit required reports and updates to your Supervisor promptly
- Professionally communicate with homeowners to explain the installation process
- Address customer questions or concerns with clarity and professionalism
- Construction/Trades/Labourer experience: 2 years +
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of regulator clearances, swing joints, relight procedures, etc., of gas meter installations is considered an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Clean background check and driver's abstract
- Required : B ticket Gas Fitter

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 35 months

Pay: $48.82-$57.38 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
