Dealer Sales Representative

Join our dynamic team at Eurorite Cabinets Ltd. We are looking for a Dealer Sales Representative to play essential role in developing sales and building strong customer relationships with our dealers and wholesalers.
As a Dealer Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be developing customer relationships that increase sales of our Kitchen Cabinet product lines to Dealer’s and Wholesaler’s customers. You will provide exceptional customer service, offer product expertise, and continue to build long lasting relationships with customers. As a Dealer Sales Representative you will have excellent communication skills and be a motivated team player.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build strong partnerships with Dealers and Wholesalers in Canada and USA markets.
- Increase sales with our Kitchen Cabinet product lines with Dealers, Wholesalers and other building industry customers.
- Manage sales pipeline activities, increase win rates, manage customer contracts and develop dealer inventory stocking programs.
- Ensure Dealer channels business activities are productive and profitable.
- Lead new product introductions and promotional efforts.
- Responsible for promotion of inventory and ensuring movement of our stocking programs.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling initiatives
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Monitor competition pricing out in the marketplace.
- Maintain professional relationships with major accounts.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Understand the customer wants and needs for business development initiatives.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Provide product information and assist in making informed purchase decisions.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor’s offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver proposals.
- Prepares bi-weekly sales reports and completes margin analysis by item and class - submits sales reports to keep administration informed as to current status of sales and activities in all regions
- Attending trade shows as required
**Requirements & Skills**:
- Proven work experience as a Dealer Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Demonstrated business skills in budgeting, training, and selling
- Willingness to travel as required
- Valid driver's license for potential site visits
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
