**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide administrative support to A1 Distribution retail sales
- Manage the forms for each of our major clients according to their internal CRM (platforms used by clients such as SAP, Extranet, Metrocom, HUB, Mirakl, SPS Commerce, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date price lists for clients (Excel), client product lists with their internal numbers
- Ensure follow-up and meet deadlines
- Support external representatives of the A1 WEB Portal
- Ensure communication follow-ups between representatives/account managers
- Coordinate the sending of promotional materials
- Provide high-level customer service
- Participate in any other related tasks required by your immediate supervisor
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (intermediate level of Excel is mandatory)
- Expertise in managing client CRMs
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail market industry
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Displays autonomy, resourcefulness, and punctuality
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the marketing and communications sector (an asset)
