The company: Gouchee Home (B2C International Inc.) is a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality soft home furnishing products such as contemporary beanbag chairs, decorative pillows, fashion bedding, window coverings and all things home têxtile related. The position: The Ecommerce Account coordinator will take care of all major accounts such as Costco, Walmart, Amazon, Wayfair etc.

This role is accountable for day-to-day management of assigned accounts, and new E-Comm opportunities. Create and update online content, promotion plan and product set-up.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of major retail accounts and sales growth.

Serve as point of contact of retailers *

Monitor our product reviews and submit feedbacks.

Maintain and build relationships within multiple levels at your assigned customers.

Responsible for all sales promotional activity and execution.

Review and update existing product listings to include the most up to date product information and features and perform general sales administration and sales reporting duties.

Present new items to customers and prepare quote sheets.

Create online content (copy) and ensure the quality and clarity and of all content is engaging and informative and adheres to style guidelines and utilize keywords for opportunities to increase sales and rankings.

Complete and submit all customer item setups and media (images, video) on vendor portals.

Create product names, item numbers and UPC codes.

Manage and optimize online brand experience including brand promotion, copy optimization, marketing programs and product setup.

Monitor competitor products and strategies.

Who you are:
experience with account management, ecommerce experience a definite asset.

Excellent excel skills

Must have strong communication skills with impeccable written skills in English and French

You are highly organized, customer service oriented, and able to work independently.

Experience in e-commerce marketing, and/or written content an asset

Familiarity with SEO and keyword research, an asset

Thrive on challenges, takes initiative, and have an ability to prioritize among competing tasks.

Work hour is Mon to Fri, 9am to 4pm.
