**Job description**

Corten Fitness Oakville is a full-service upscale health club looking for a Membership Sales Concierge in Oakville who knows how to put the member first. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic, and friendly sales staff available to work full-time with the flexibility to cover days, evenings, and weekends for our Upper Middle Rd. location.

**Role/Responsibilities**
- Achieve or exceed monthly goals to include: sales, appointments booked for each shift, member referrals, and closing percentage
- Complete all administration in accordance with company standards
- Build rapport and relationships with prospective and current members
- Handle customer complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner

**Qualifications**
- Exemplary communication, time management and organizational skills
- Minimum of 2 years previous sales experience, preferably in fitness/gym environment
- Valid CPR and First Aid
- Computer experience as it relates to data entry and on-line registration
- Basic workout/fitness knowledge

Corten Fitness is dedicated to building long term relationships with our members. Positive, helpful, and confident dispositions are of utmost importance in meeting the objectives of this job position.

**Salary**: $3,000.00-$6,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
