**Job Title**: Construction/ Warehouse Coordinator
- **Reporting to**: Construction General Manager**Location**: Blended role for Ontario region (Niagara, Hamilton, GTA)**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Construction, Safety and Inventory teams in planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for construction projects.
- Maintain material tracking, Yard management, subcontract, and related reports.
- Establish, monitor and initiate updates to construction work schedules.
- Maintain accuracy of entering daily units of completion and material packing slips as needed.
- Calculate all material in the yields.
- Arrange and conduct construction field safety inspection, material inventory count as required.
- Maintain diary for each project on a daily basis.
- Employees may also be assigned other work as required.
- Travel 90% of the time in between Niagara, Hamilton, Vaughan and GTA area as required.
- Must have familiarity with MOL (ministry of Labor) requirements, policy and guidelines.
- Ensure Health & Safety legislated guidelines and company safety policies are adhered to.

**Skillset**:

- Must have 1-2 years of experience in fiber construction, inventory management, health and safety of the construction site.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ previous **construction **project experience**.**:

- Minimum two years of experience working in a trade-related environment (outdoor trades).
- Must hold a valid driver’s license accompanied by a clean motor vehicle record.
- Willing to travel throughout the Ontario area.
- Forklift license is preferred.
- Previous experience working on civil works projects and fiber preferred.
- Proven organizational skills and detailed orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous success working in a highly collaborative team-based environment.
