Riverside Spa is looking for an exceptional Guest Services Representative to join our team. We are looking for motivated individuals who are seeking a rewarding opportunity in a positive, professional, and fun work environment. The current position available is full time.

Ø Host/hostess guests while they are at the spa

Ø Book spa appointments and manage spa schedules

Ø Retail and gift certificate sales

Ø Upkeep of lobby area

Ø General administration

**Job Requirements**:
Ø A minimum of 1 year high end customer service experience is a strong asset

Ø Absolutely must be able to work evenings and weekends

Ø Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ø Must be punctual, organized, friendly and professional

Ø Must be willing and able to uphold the company policies and procedures
