Fulfillment Specialist

As a Fulfillment Specialist you will be responsible for:
- All online order fulfillment with a key focus on accurately picking products and efficiently packing and shipping orders.
- Preparing all shipping documents
- Receiving and inventorying all incoming products
- Monitoring all orders
- Shipping special sized orders and skids
- Preparing orders for local pick up
Inventory
- Proactively notifying when inventory is required or damaged
Customer Service
- Processing refunds
- Helping with other tasks as per business needs.
- Notifying customers when orders are ready for pick-up
- Responding to special customer requests to cancel and change orders
Tasks
- Miscellaneous duties, administrative tasks and errands as required
- Maintaining organization & cleanliness
- Supply management - proactively notify the operations team when supplies are required (i.e. packing supplies, cleaning supplies, printer supplies etc.)
**Requirements**:

- Previous warehouse experience will be considered an asset.
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
