As a Sales Associate for Canadian Hot Tubs (CHT), you will play a vital role in driving our business forward by effectively managing the sales process and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing hot tub and hot tub cover sales
- Guiding customers through the purchase process
- Handling shipping fulfilment for supply orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Shipping fulfilment for supply orders
- Manage in-person customer interactions and successfully convert foot traffic into sales while delivering exceptional customer service

**Experience that you bring to the table**:

- Experience in telephone sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and customer interactions
- Ability to work independently
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude
