As a Powersports Sales/Finance Manager with Auto Finance Canada, you can turn your passion for sales, people, and freedom in the outdoors into your career. You will be joining a strong leadership team who will provide revolutionary training to help you learn and grow. Although you will have experience and extensive knowledge in the powersports industry you will maintain a student-like mindset and an ability to adapt to new sales processes, the use of technology, and ideologies of training and sales techniques. We have strong systems that are proven to help you hone your skills and give you a fresh perspective on the industry as the world continues to shift rapidly toward a fully immersed E-commerce experience. We have designed a smooth process that allows you to quickly and easily complete deals and help your clients and maximize your earning capability. You will also have access to a full-time Inventory & Logistics Manager who will assist you in finding machines and ensuring smooth delivery coordination for guaranteed customer satisfaction. Our company invests heavily in online marketing and will provide you with inbound leads. We expect all sales agents to have the ability to handle 80-120 inbound customers per month. You will prove that you are diligent enough to handle this high volume of lead flow and ensure each lead is followed up with and worked to the standard of excellence set by our leadership team. Develop relationships with other top performers in the industry and learn from each other’s successes and failures. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Proven sales experience required: auto sales/Powersports/outside sales preferred - High Energy, Task-Oriented, Self Accountable, and Team Player - Ability to use dealer-provided sales techniques and training material - Knowledge of various powersports products - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision Powersports Enthusiast - Results-oriented mindset - Basic Computer skills for light data entry in CRM - Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the tea, to maximize the buying experience for the customer. - Punctual & Accountable - Positive & Growth oriented mindset Overall Responsibilities: - Maintain and continuously update accurate information in CRM - Adhere to all policies and procedures provided by the company - Adhere to the proven sales processes and its adaptations - Following up with inbound leads in accordance with sales process - Daily follow-up with each and every client in the sales pipeline - Participating in daily sales training with the team - Responsible for nurturing of, and closing the lead - Required to manage ongoing client care - After-sales client care - Collecting required documents in order to get the deal funded - Cold Calling to maximize sales potential - Using Scripts provided by sales manager - Hitting sales targets - Building online presentations of products being sold - Daily inputting of sales statistics into tracker Schedule: - Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm Reporting: - You will report directly to the Sales Manager - Daily Sales Meetings Availability Requirements: - Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and evenings to accommodate client schedules and meet sales targets **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay Structure - Paid as a Subcontractor - Commission-based pay plan Work Location: - Downtown Calgary, One Location **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $52,079.46-$190,486.15 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: One l
