**Your Responsibilities will include**:
- Preparation and clean-up of culinary workstations and other kitchen areas
- Daily consistent, high-quality and timely preparation and presentation of menu items using company standards of excellence and portion control
- Assist with creating daily menu specials
- Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning when needed
- Meeting or exceeding all health and safety standards
- High level customer service skills
- Minimum 2-year previous line cook experience
- Must have Food Safe Level 1 certification
- Ability to cooperate and work strongly with others in team
- Capability to organize and prioritize high volume, high demand work loads
- Positive attitude
- Exemplary personal hygiene
**Incentive Program**:
This role is eligible for an incentive for successful applicants to select fully reimbursed staff accommodation for the Summer season OR a free Alpine/Nordic mountain pass for the Winter 22-23 season.
