Markham, Canada DH WAREHOUSING & FULFILLMENT Full time

DH Warehousing & Fulfillment is a self-run warehousing company specializing in overseas warehouses in Canada. DH headquartered in Toronto with regional offices in Vancouver, providing professional services to customers throughout Canada.

This position is performed in Markham office but oversees the daily activity of shipping and receiving specialists, warehouse workers, and inventory clerks, ensuring that all products are delivered to Amazon and designated customers timely, accurately.

This position also requires communicating with the warehouse management team in advance according to the volume of incoming shipments to ensure sufficient storage capacity.

The goal is to achieve the success of smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency and minimum waste in our warehouse.

Working hour:
Monday-Friday: 9:00-17:30
- **Weekend: On Call**_

Main Duty:

- Pre-arrange shipment according to shipment status, warehouse storage, and customer requirements. (i.e. SKU sorting, Labelling)
- Book appointments in Amazon Carrier Centre prior to delivery
- Create delivery order based on shipment schedule
- Ensuring that all products are delivered to Amazon and designated customers address timely, accurately.
- Delegate assignments to warehouse and inventory team according to customer requirements.
- Collaborate warehouse teams and third-party trucking companies to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor & Analyze future warehouse demand and warehouse capacity to help management with warehouse usage.
- Maintain a good long-term relationship with customers and suppliers.

Qualification:

- College diploma, in Supply Chain Management/General Business is preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel
- Professional maturity and demonstrated ability to take initiative, to work independently and follow through on work assignments
- Proactive, collaborative, and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
