**Job Type**: Full-time, in-person, in an office environment.

**Salary**:$37,050 annually, 2 weeks paid vacation

**Language**:Fluency in both official languages, French and English, is imperative, in reading, writing and oral interactions.

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional evenings and weekends required. (37.5 hours per week)

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a high pace environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with database management
- Experience with social media and website updates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and French in both written and verbal situations
- Agree to work evenings and weekends as required

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and directing phone calls
- Providing admin support to staff in the office
- Greeting visitors and assisting them or directing them to the appropriate staff person
- Managing and organizing files and documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Making travel arrangements
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
