We are the most diverse and dynamic of all our peers and have four locations in the lower mainland that allow us to help service our clients.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Communicate with customers, and internal Account Managers, to assess and coordinate scheduling demands
- Maintain continuous contact with relevant stakeholders regarding project status and delivery expectations to determine how it influences the schedule
- Process relevant paperwork for cross-border shipments (Customs, Permits, etc...)
- Review ship lists, driver sheets and invoices for accuracy
- Assess available resources and work with sub-contracted delivery service providers to meet the needs of the business
- Assist in the management of the fleet; arrange for repairs and maintenance of vehicles that are both scheduled and unforeseen.
- Assist with any other shipping-related administrative tasks, as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years related experience as a Logistics or Shipping Coordinator
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for the finer details
- Active listener with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- React with poise and confidence when presented with unforeseen challenges
- Ability to understand, prioritize, pivot when the situation arises, and not get flustered
- Proficiency in logitics softwares, as well as, Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Experience in delivery vehicle requirements (repairs and maintenance) is a considerable asset

**Reports to**: Logistics Manager

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
