**The Role**: As an Inbound Call Centre Advisor, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Your day-to-day will include:

- **Handling Inbound Calls**: Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- **Providing Solutions**: Assist customers with their needs, troubleshooting issues and providing accurate information.
- **Maintaining Records**: Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- **Collaborating with the Team**: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a seamless service experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- A customer-centric attitude with a desire to help others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is beneficial, but not required—paid training will be provided
