**Summary**

The Call Center agent is responsible to provide information about the program and services offered by the Oral Aesthetic Advocacy Group Inc. so that clients can make informed decisions and answer any questions they may have.

**Onboarding**

The Call Centre Agent is trained in person in Toronto ON and is then moved to a fully remote position with hardware provided by organization. There are in person refresher courses in Toronto ON that will be given bi-monthly an agent.

**Job Duties**
- Manages inbound and outbound calls to respond to questions and provide information about the program or services offered by the Oral Aesthetic Advocacy Group Inc.
- Identifies customer needs, responds to questions and provides solutions/alternatives toissues
- Responds to complaints, and verifies to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve complaints
- Maintains and files records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Follows various communication scripts when speaking to others on the phone
- Books applicants with the organization’s program and services
- Builds sustainable customer relationships
- Works collaboratively with the team to improve performance

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a call centre environment is an asset
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication skills to respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls
- In-depth knowledge of the inner workings of the Oral Aesthetic Advocacy Group Inc. and the services that they represent
- Self motivated and excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage time appropriately
- Flexibility to be able to adapt to unique customer queries and situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
