Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

**How You’ll Help**
- Be aware of applicable KPIs and work diligently to meet or exceed, including time to answer, time on call, etc.
- Work with other members of the team to improve individual and team performance.
- Other related duties as may be required.
**Your Skills & Experience**:
- Minimum high school education
- Call centre/customer service training a strong asset preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
- Training in conflict resolution/mediation also an asset
- Positive and professional customer service skills, including an appropriate sense of urgency and genuine interest in resolving customer concerns and/or requests.
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual skills in English and French (verbal and written) a strong asset
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office; previous experience with AS400 a strong asset.
- Excellent keyboarding skills, both speed and accuracy
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to say “no” or deliver unfavourable information in a positive and professional manner.
The working environment can include extended period sitting in a work station working on a computer and on a phone;

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec divers contacts internes et externes afin de répondre de manière efficace et efficiente aux demandes et requêtes des clients. Fournir un service exceptionnel à la clientèle à travers chaque interaction avec le client et par l’entremise de tous les points de contact: téléphone, courriel, télécopieur, et site web. Assurer la liaison avec les clients et les tiers afin de garantir un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle grâce à une communication claire.
**Ce que sera votre contribution**:
- Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone et par courrier électronique de manière opportune, précise et professionnelle.
- Connaître les indicateurs de performances clés et travailler avec diligence pour atteindre ou les dépasser, y compris le temps de réponse, le temps sur l’appel, etc.
- Travailler avec les autres membres de l’équipe pour améliorer les performances individuelles et d’équipe.
- Autres tâches connexes, telles que requis.
**Vos compétences et votre expérience**:
- Qualification mínimale d’études secondaires
- Formation dans un centre d'appel/services à la clientèle est un atout important, de préférence dans le secteur des transports ou de la logistique
- Formation avec la résolution des conflits et à la médiation est également un atout
- Des compétences positives et professionnelles en matière de service à la clientèle, y compris un sens approprié face aux urgences et un intérêt réel pour la résolution des préoccupations et/ou des demandes des clients.
- Compétences avancées en matière de communication, tant verbale qu'écrite.
- Des compétences bilingues en anglais et en français (verbales et écrites) sont un atout majeur.
- Excellentes compétences en informatique, notamment avec MS Office; une expérience antérieure avec AS400 est un atout important.
