**Job Summary**

American Bath Group (ABG), a leader in North American bathroom fixtures, is searching for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the Marcom team and lead various administrative and marketing tasks. ABG is an ambitious and dynamic company focused on changing North American homes through aesthetics, performance, and innovation. Our team is dedicated to excellence and passionate about pushing the boundaries of what can be done in the bath ware industry. By leveraging on all our North American manufacturing locations and collaborating with hundreds of strategic partners we can deliver great products to the marketplace. The Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level position that provides office and administrative support to the Marketing Communication Team. The coordinator’s primary focus will be to coordinate and support on-going marcom projects and initiatives as well as support the department on administrative tasks. The overall goal of this position is to produce and deliver marketing collateral on time and support the department. Future advancement opportunities within the department available.

**Primary Responsibilities & Requirements (Examples are listed below each responsibility but are not limited to these)**

Smartsheet project management of all tasks on a daily basis: - Ensure all parent tasks and subtasks are entered and up-to-date to ensure the complete project scope is clear and that the execution be done effectively and on time. - Follow-up on tasks with upcoming due dates or delivery dates - Ensure that project deliverables are on time - Send status updates or delivery confirmation to the requestors of the task/project

Production management (including print) for literature, merchandising tools and samples: - Quote requests - Follow-ups on deliveries and status updates to requestor - Coordinate the validation and approval of proofs

Receiving and shipping support for Marcom initiatives: - Displays / promo items / signage / literature / samples

PO creation and payment follow-ups for Marcom initiatives 2

Budget management coordination for all of Marcom

Distribution Centers Management for all ABG brands (US & CAN):

- Monthly review of inventories - Clean-up of sites (what is no longer used and is at 0 inventory needs to be removed) - Uploading of new material within 2 weeks

Monthly Responsibilities: - Discontinuation Notices - End of month budget report - to be sent to VP of Marketing

Basic project management on certain marketing projects (upon request): - Signage and sticker creation - Support on larger marketing projects

**Profile**

College degree in commerce/administration preferred or 1 to 3 years of relevant experience;Able to communicate easily in English (and in French for Lachine location only).

**Qualifications & Competencies**

High degree of autonomy;Must be organized;Able to meet deadlines;Able to work on multiple projects at the same time;Able to prioritize adequately;Self-reliance and initiative;Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite and more specifically, ExcelAbility to communicate effectively and professionally.
