**Your Role**:
There are many paths to success... Just as we customize solutions for our clients, we provide our Mortgage Fulfilment Specialists with the tools they need to promptly and effectively support our national team.

**The Work**:

- **Fast paced environment**, must be able to keep current with changes and updates in order or priority
- **History** of delivering an extraordinary experience for your clients (internal and external) with a focus on results
- **Intermediate** MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Slack
- **Review** the Google Spreadsheet and work in order of priority calling employers to confirm client employment status (as per the job letter)
- **Work** can be repetitive at times. You need to be good with people an unafraid to pick up the phone, dial and follow up as needed
- You will be **asking questions** in a way that will require more than a “yes” or “no” response. Identify irregularities in answers vs. what is documented in the client’s job letter.
- This position has a **steep learning curve** and will include in-depth training. It takes time to understand when to escalate or when to push forward the employment confirmation.
- **The work will be independent**You need to be a self-starter, good with asking questions and being proactive.
- **Strong** decision-making skills to convey solutions for areas of concern
