**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Oversee the scheduling and booking of courts and facilities for various sports.
- Manage registration and coordination for sports programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and potential members.
- Maintain accurate records of member information, program registrations, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate and assist with sporting events, including tournaments and social functions.
- Collaborate with the coaching staff to ensure smooth operation of sports sessions and programs.
- Create communications with members for sports programs.
- Monitor and manage inventory for sports equipment and supplies.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for sports programs and events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages member participation, social interaction, and community building within the sports programs.
- Other duties as assigned.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Previous experience in a sports administration role, preferably within a recreational sports environment is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with club management software is a plus.
- Passion for sports in general and an understanding of the sports' administrative needs.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
